Motorcycle clothing must be able to do more than just be functional and shapely. In order for our customers to be able to feel full freedom (of movement) in every bend with safety, materials are needed that are particularly robust and durable. The eagle eyes of the STADLER quality inspection therefore examine everything very carefully – in the course of testing our motorcycle clothing as personal protective equipment according to the EN 17092 series of standards, however, the processed materials are tested in an external laboratory. It is important to us to process only materials from well-known, certified suppliers. And we are very strict about this – it is not without reason that we also supply public authorities. This ensures that STADLER quality delivers what it promises.
In the stress test, the materials are continuously compressed and stretched at extreme temperatures, because we only use materials on which you can rely!
The materials that we use are pre-impregnated and must therefore exhibit a certain water-repellent effect.
In addition to the standardized test methods, the trained eyes of our employees are also crucial. Before we sell them, all our products are subjected to a detailed visual inspection that practically rules out production defects.
