For this, an elastic material is expanded as far as possible (tensioned on a stretch frame) and the outer material (Cordura) is then placed on top of the "rubber" and the two are sewn together.

Our motorcycle jackets can consist of more than 500 individual parts, depending on the model. Absolute precision in careful manual work is required so that each part sits in the right place at the end.
